You can delete your AurumSafe account directly in the app from the profile or account settings screen. Once you submit the request, your account enters a deletion window and your associated data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
During this period, limited data may be retained only where required for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security purposes.
If you cannot access the app, you may also request account deletion by emailing support@aurumsafe.com from the email address linked to your account. Please include the subject line Delete My AurumSafe Account so we can verify and process your request.
